First rule of thumb is that you're usually the most fertile exactly 2 weeks after the first day of your last period (day 14). But what I have heard that is really good are those at home ovulation predictors that they sell at the drugstores. There are usually 7 tests and they will tell you what day you are most fertile. They are sold right next to the pregnancy tests. Good luck!!

well you need to start charting and keep up with your cycles and if you have a 28 days cycle use the ovulation kits staring around 11 days after your period and test everyday until you get a positive when you get a positive you are most likely going to ovulate in the next 24 to 48 hrs so get busy also your cervical mucus is a great help when it starts getting the egg like look and you can strectch it between your fingers then you know you about to ovulate. www.fertilityfriend.com

halfway between periods you ovulate. so if your period usually comes every 28 days, you ovulate on or around the 14th day. also your discharge has a egg white consistency and your basal body temp rises slightly.
