Thiis is on of the most obvious questions ever. Andruw Jones- He has had way better years and this year is still way better than Jeff Francour. Jones any day of the week. Id take Jones when he was 80! Jones is better than Francoue in every way. I know Francour has a gun bit Jones is an excellent fielder.

Andruw Jones is the better playing in everything except batting average. Franceour's average is 71 point higher than Andruw's yet he's only on base .330 vs. Andruw's .321. Then theres the power and the defence and the superstar status that goes with Jones. He is the Clear choice

In general, Franceour. He's younger than Andruw and plays well in the outfield. He has some power and he has a cannon for an arm. Jones has more power and better defense though, but I'd still take Franceour.

I believe that the future of the Braves rest with the young guys like Franceour. He may not but up the power numbers of Jones but he is hitting for a better average, is more productive hitting with two outs, plus he has the ability to check runners up on defense that Jones normally won't be able to throw out. The second point to this is that when Chipper was out of the line-up what did Andrew do to carry the team....he laid a major goose egg going through one of the worst slumps in his career. At least Franceour continued to hit the ball.

It is very close but you have to take Andruw Jones. He is one of the best defensive players in the history of the game. Add 35-45 homers and 120 RBI and it's a clear decision. Jeff will get you 25 Hr and 120 RBI but Andruw's defense is priceless.

With Andruw Jones, what you see is what you got. Franceour has a much larger up-side potential and I would have to go with him.

Jones has better power numbers but Francoeur doesn't strike out as much and has a much higher batting AVG. but Jones is the better player at this point of time.
