I'm not sure what your question or concern is. I'm assuming that you need help soothing your baby or you think he's sick?
You're baby is only 4 weeks old and is feeding really inconsistent. I have 3 girls and never put them on a schedule, but maybe that's what you need to do with yours. Try feeding your baby every 2 to 4 hours around the clock. 5 hours in a row of sleep without waking up to eat seems like way to long to me. I would take your baby to a pediatrician. Is he eating formula? Is he going potty normally? not enough info!

i had the same problem if you look at my profile i asked a similar question not to long ago. someone told me it was just a change of temp in his tummy i asked my health visitor and she agreed. also he maybe crying all the time due to colic my baby boy is 11weeks now but he
has cronic colic. from what you are describing it could be me talking a few weeks ago. we tryed everything infacol and colief. in the end we changed his milk to SMA LF and he is a 100% better also the thick porridge like sick has stopped to. ask your health visitor about SMA LF its fantastic we noticed a difference within 24hrs its also avalible on perscription. it is really hard when they cry all the time isnt it? i know exactly what your going though. please try this milk honestly its a life saver. ill love to know how you get on you can e-mail me if you want its stubbsieandem@yahoo.co.uk. good luck and hope you and your baby feel better soon.

sounds a bit like colic. make sure you are completely getting out all of baby's air bubbles in his tummy and his spit up should look just like the formula. baby should be fed every 3-4 hrs and sounds like that's about right, you may be giving baby too much formula try cutting back a little, 3-4oz every 3-4 hrs. that might help. good luck on your journey trust me it gets better.

It should be pretty much like the milk, white and thinnish although sometimes it can be a little thicker. Some babies just cry a lot and this doesn't necessarily mean they are ill. Just take him to the GP if you are worried.http://www.childhealth.co.uk/common_childhood_complaints/possetting.php

it particularly is surprisingly unhappy with regard to the domestic dogs, and your perfect, you certainly could take him to the vet. there are a number of incredibly some issues that would reason constipation. The milk of the mummy is needed whilst it includes domestic dogs turning out to be up healthy and robust.the certainty that each and every person the different domestic dogs died makes me contemplate whether the mummy is unwell, numerous cases whilst the mummy refuses to nurse the domestic dogs, there might desire to be some thing incorrect together with her. If she is unwell, then that would desire to have been transferred to the doggies. I understand money is tight, yet for the well being of the two the domestic dog and the mummy, remember to get them appeared at.
