..in something, why do you bother to respond to questions about it?? Are you really so arrogant that you think your close minded view is that significant, or are you just going for the two points?? I specifically do not go to the religious board because it is 99.99% about christianity and the christian god and as I don't believe in either, I have no valid input, therefore I do not waste others time. If you do not believe in majik, why you do insist on replying to majik related questions? If you don't believe in divination, why do you respond to those questions?

B.C. this question was not directed at those who wimply have a disenting view. It was direct at the people who do not believe and thus say things like "grow up, majik doesn't exist", or, "if you believe in tarot reading I have a used car to sell you". These are not at all helpful. In fact, it is disrespectful to those that asked the question in all seriousness.

Because you don't have to believe in something to know about it. For instance, people ask all sorts of questions about things they think are in the Bible or the Quran which really aren't there. You don't need to beleive to answer those questions. You just need to be educated about the text at hand.
Now, I do find it absurd and childish that what when someone says "Christians, do you believe that God..." there's always several yahoos that say something like "It's a pointless question because God doesn't exist."

I believe the thought process here is giving both sides of an argument. After all, what kind of world would it be if we all just agreed on everything? Or, if not agree, then completely avoided things that we disagree with? When we stay away from things we don't agree with, we're given no opportunity to grow or hear another side of the same conundrom. Each of us has our own thoughts and opinions about everything, whether we realize it or not. Who's to say that your input into the R&S board wouldn't have been incredibly inspirational to someone. But because you're avoiding what you don't believe in or agree with, you're not given the opportunity to find out.

Because, we belive that we are able to have some usefull information that can help the user understand this topic better. Those people who just want the two points should be kicked off. If you don't belive in a perticular thing, just add your opionion to the aproppriate area and have a nice day!

^Take a chill pill, I understand what you're saying, but a lot of times they invite negative answers. They will ask you to respond, and sometimes I do. There are times a person sounds so delusional, I actually fear for their safely and I tell them in a nice way to get the help they need.

Well this is just something you have to over look.You have the right to ask the question and others have the right to respond with how they feel.I personally don't think one should dabble in magic.No matter how white they say it is truth is it comes from dark forces.See that's my opinion and you opened the door for me to be able to say it.If you don't like the answer you get just over look it.

It is simply because people get bored and they have nothing better to do then to entertain themselves. Personally i think it is retarded and i also feel that people who answer just to get that whole 2 points should be kicked off....
