I was dreaming about the September 11 attacks in New York and I woke up with a start. When I looked at my bedside clock it was 9:11am - is that just too strange or what!!!!

I once had a dream that I was dreaming. Strange things were occuring. I thought I woke up, but more strange things happened that only happen when you are dreaming. When I finally really woke, I wondered if I truly was awake.

I'm guessing this was a dream: One early morning when it was still dark out I opened my eyes and saw the Grim Reaper standing in my doorway. He held his hand out trying to get me to follow him but I "woke" up. I could have sworn I was awake when it happened. I had a similar experience a few years ago. I woke up one early morning and saw a man standing at the bottom of my bed, just staring at me. I'm certain I was awake when I saw him. I closed my eyes for a few seconds and when I opened them he was gone. I checked the house to make sure nobody in my family came in my room and they were all asleep. About the 9:11/September 11 thing: Most people have pretty accurate mental "clocks". I can always guess the current time and only be about 2 minutes off. Waking up at exactly 9:11am after dreaming about September 11 isn't something you should worry about.

This could have been the power of your subconcious mind, you can cram alot into a dream in one minute, you could have possibly opened your eyes and seen the time at 9:11am then had a dream about it. Most of our dreams only last 5-10mins and we have about 20-30 different ones a night. Some we remember some we dont and the time in between we are not dreaming.

Since my uncle drowned two years ago in the Puget Sound (washington) I've had randomly really freaky dreams about him and drowning from time to time. Not to meantion the call my mom got from his old work number because the guy in the office now dialed a number wrong and just happened to get my moms cell and her still having the number headed for his work ... Odd ... oh yeah! I haven't been swimming in the river in two years though if that's any indication ....

Ooh, that's spooky!! I had a really freaky dream last night- this creepy guy in a pink polo shirt was following me all around what appeared to be my old elementary school, and every time I thought I'd ditched him, he would appear again. Oh, and also, I didn't look like me in my dream- I looked like the girl who plays George on Dead Like Me. What is up with that?????

Wow that is weird.
I have a brother who is paralyzed from the neck down because he was hit by a car at a very young age. One night I was telling my mother about a dream I had of him walking and she said she had the exact same dream! Isn't that weird?

That is totally strange!

I had a dream about a friend of mine, and we were hanging out and eating a picnic, and running in fields. It was awesome! I woke up, and I was so content. Then, a few seconds later, I started to remember that he had died years ago. Then I was so, so sad.

I always almost die in my dreams in 2 ways, either i fall off a huge building and wake up right b4 i hit the ground, or i get shot by a gun and wake up right when the bullet is about to hit me.

Yeah - that's freaky..... Not too long ago I had a dream that someone was whispering in my ear that I would be murdered. And woke up feeling a gust of air sweep by my left ear.....

Yes! I always dream of having my teeth being pulled out from the gums by itself. They say someone I love will die when that happens but no one did so far.
Thanks for that.
Sheeesh!
