Play it out like a movie. Pick your favorite and most romantic movie scene such as: accidently horseplaying and you then end up in his arms ready for him to kiss you. If it doesn't happen the atleast the thought will be taunting him. And he might take the lead? Who knows? Love is always worth a try!

Bring him a present,A nice ring or invite him to be the boy at a ballroom dance that never was real. See what he says; if says yes, after prepare for it together, say it was canceled. Then, say because we couldn't go, that night you should invite him to go to dinner with you or something! Go for it!
