they're called guitar tabs. you can get them online in many places. just search a song title and artist and the words "guitar tabs" and it'll come up with results. for example, "incubus meglomaniac guitar tabs" will get you some for that song.

Do a search for 'Chordie' . Download it. You get hundreds of artistes and songs free and the shapes are shown also. Not only that but you can change key and the chord shapes change too.
