hey how can you dream? i mean i havnt had a dream for 3 years at all none..?

i mean when i was little i like dreamed everyday sometimes everyday for a month straight...now i dont dream and i want to how can you make yourself dream...

you cant really make yourself dream but go to a doctor and he can probably help.

You do dream (if you didn't you would go crazy). You probably just go into nonREM sleep (deeper sleep that dream sleep) after you have a dream, especially in the morning. Upon waking, you don't recall dreaming because you've awakened from deep sleep rather than lighter REM sleep. That's not a bad thing. Most dreaming occurs during the second half on night, when most people drift in and out of REM sleep. If you really want to see whether you're dreaming--but I wouldn't recommend this--set an alarm clock to go off at different times at night to see if you can awaken yourself during a dream sequence.

you do dream, every night, its just that you don't remember them. a good way to remember you dreams is to keep a dream journal, place it next to your bed and write down a dream if you remember it.
