It has been a long time I am single, and because of many issues I am dealing with (studying, no income, and no time) I am not able to look for a partner. Based on my research, the consequences of involuntarily celibacy can be depression and anger. I am not able to concentrate on my studying at all and also I feel a sever anger that I am afraid to hurt myself or someone else. What should I do?

what you term involuntary celibacy is nothing but absence of intercourse of masturbation .. You are going not bad. but keeping your self healthy..

at the same time your mind is drawn towards sex,, and unreleased force is bursted into anger, loss of focus..

you need peace of mind and focus both as you are studying.. at the smae time you say you have no income so DoNOT DREAM of any girl friend now..
You are on right track but got stuck.
Now yo deo few things

one do heavey aerobics , cathartic exercises. for one hour ..
this will do many good things for you

your stored energy will get new path and will work for you such that your body will be strong, active, more oxygen will mean active mind, deep sleep

deepened breathing will make your mind focused and peacefull. anger will go..
desire of sex will also not trouble you it will get you self confience and not a day dreamer for sex,

You will have good study results, you will get good marks , good job, good money , good girld, good ***
so thus you have to go step by step
slow and steady win the race.
do not hurry, life is long , time is enough you are young and you have maintained Celebacy that your Plus point only thing you lacked was how to go ahead with this force..

Electricity is there but it has tobe channelised.

also further you do one more exercise.. before you go to sleep and at sleep time, sit for few minutes in meditation, close eyes. feel your breathe , in out in out, at nose point or at belly point..

You should not be distrubed by phone, friends when you are in meditation
you also keep body still, cross leged. unmoving
try to remain undisturbed . You have maintained celebacy. so you may have thoughts of many girls, but be patient..
go to your breathig, in out, in out
continue for 10-20-30 minutes and reach upto 45 minutes..
thus you will do two exercise one physical and heavy breathing in morinig, one hour

and meditation in night befoe sleep

Friend this is golden moment and golden time for your life , invest for better ment of yor future, girls are many , they will come and go, but time will go only never to return

use time to study , read, exercise, sleep ,food, meditate, sleep,

forget Girls and their attraction and its consequences..
if you do not channlelise your river water, it will flood your farms, homes and kill you

this is the crux..
research is perpect in its place , and leave ther reserch to selves till you are well settled in life..

anger management: sport, focus more on your studies. I was like you not angry but frustrated. I spent all my college years in complete celibacy and I am still lonely but not desperate, try to distract yourself from the fact that you are alone. The more you think of it, the more you will suffer!!!

See a psychiatrist. You are obviously very upset and depressed or you wouldn't talk about hurting people. This type of talk says that you have a disorder. This type of doctor can take care of problems like that. You better believe it. Even if he has to refer you to a therapist who can teach you how to carve out time to search for your mate.

I am not sure about the connection between these two things. I am celibate, but do not feel angry or depressed at all. Isn't it possible, that there are other issues, that are distracting you from your studying?....other issues that are causing you to feel depressed and angry?

I've felt the anger part.....big time...mostly at myself, seemingly for not being good enough

Join a gym and hit the weights.
Any kind of rigorous work-out should help- not to mention occasional act of taking care of yourself.

either go have sex or you know you can do it yourself with out a partner. what would you rather do be angry and let your head blow up or get blowed and be happy.
