You wouldn't be able to study carpentry at any reputable university, but business, in various forms, is available at many (including the University of Toledo - they just don't call it "business management", as is the case with most schools. Look at organizational behavior and management, finance, marketing, etc.). Ohio alone has dozens of schools which would fit your need, and if you are willing to go out of state, you have thousands more choices.

BGSU - it's maybe a half hour south of UT on I-75, I know they have a baseball team. I dated a guy who played baseball for them & went into pro ball from there. They also have a business program so you might want to check them out. They're a state school so tuition is low. They're located in a college town so it's pretty much a party school, I don't know if that's good or bad for you.
If you're looking for a private school, the University of Findlay has a business program, I actually went there just because that was my hometown. Their business program was nice because their core classes were pretty much the same for several different degrees, you just chose your electives and that determined your major. I don't know if other universities do the same thing or not, but it allowed you to get a business degree and sepcialize without having too much variety.
I've listed these 2 universities just because they're relatively close to Toledo.

Quinnipiac University is well known for their great buisness program & they also have a great baseball team (division 1) Then try to get a job on the side which will help you get a better grasp on carpentry
