I found out these renters took nine years to get out of the other place they were in and now they have not paid me for five months and now they say they are going to use some kind of a section 84? on me something to do with the welfare of the child no place to live. I think they should have thought about that along time ago and respected their child and not teaching it to be like them. Can anyone assist have you had that problem. About to lose my shirt.

Get an education or get a lawyer. The lawyer will be cheaper in the end.

OMG That so rude!!!! I'd be furious! Never mind the Law, it's your property, get in there, get their stuff out and board the place up for a few weeks!

get a lawyer or loose 8 years... It may cost you, but in the long run it will cost you less..............
