Being a Geordie, I used to be on that diet. Unfortunately I got fat and developed diabetes, so now I'm on one of the healthiest diets of anyone I know, and I've lost nearly 2 stone in 4 months (might not sound like a lot, but it's made one hell of a difference)

Good job I'm not a Geordie (I'm a Mackem hahahahaha), I can't stand potatoes but I do like lashings of ketchup on everything savoury.
I'm currently on the I can't afford to buy enough food diet.

No. I'm on an eating program I set up for myself that keeps me healthy and at a stable weight. I never called it a diet, but I've lost 155 pounds.
