Only if you ask the housekeeping department to clean your unit or hotel, otherwise, they will give you privacy and won't barge into your room.

It will depend on your timeshare. A lot of them don't offer it during your stay, only before and after you leave. Some will offer it but you have to pay extra. And others will offer it every so many days.
What they do depends entirely on the timeshare as well. Some just bring towels, others tidy up, etc.
Best thing to do is to call your timeshare and ask them what they offer, they can give you exact details so you know what you will be getting.

The place we own has mid week housekeeping, not daily like a hotel. There are instructions for when we leave like start the dishwasher, dirty towels go on floor, that sort of thing.
