You can do more than look just at the router logs or status information. You can sniff packets with tcpdump, or ethereal or some other packet sniffer. You would need a port mappable switch or just a plain old hub to do this.

I suspect you are interested in learnig who is connected to your Local Area Network.

The answer is "maybe" because some routers show all to whom a LAN IP address was provided and others do not. Check the DHCP section of your router and see what it says.

I am going to further guess that you have a wireless LAN and you are concerned about freeloaders and hackers hogging your bandwidth because you did not activate any security. This is foolish and dangerous. Be sure to change this and impose all the security your system can deliver.
