None of the front runners, that's for sure. Americans have always voted for anticipated effort rather than on proven results. God Hillary couldn't even run a family and Obama's state has the highest gas prices in the nation. Great lip service out of both of them though. But to answer your question, I don't know as all I have heard is what they will do, not what they have done that worked.
