You could have hormone issues, which would make your period irregular. If your period is normal, you probably won't have to worry about that much. If you don't get a period, you may have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), which is where you don't ovulate and your ovaries have cysts from not ovulating.

You could have a polyp, fibroid or other adhesians inside your uterus that can interfere with implantation of an embryo and can also cause miscarriage.

Pregnancy is also about timing. If you haven't been trying to get pregnant, your chances of conceiving each cycle is less than 20%. About 1 in 5 eggs produced are viable for fertilization. In the average male, only about 10% of sperm are motile and normally shaped for fertilization. An egg can live about 24-48 hours after ovulation. Sperm can live about 3 days, but up to 5 days after ejaculation.

The men you were with could have also had semen abnormalities or low sperm count or sluggish sperm.

There are lots of things that can make a woman unable to have kids. It can also be the man who is unable to have them. This is something you will have to see a doctor about.

Most often it is due to a uterine infection. I would suggest that you see an ob/gyn to find out if you have any underlying illness.
