Right now Iraq is dominating political coverage. This is probably what Bush prefers to national attention being focused on his crimes.

One million patriotic Americans have signed petitions calling for impeachment of Bush and/or Cheney.

Impeachment and withdrawal from Iraq seem intertwined. What do you think? Do we need to withdraw from Iraq before we can impeach Bush/Cheney, or do we need to impeach these criminals before we can withdraw from Iraq?

Impeach Bush for lying about the WMD in Iraq; Impeach Bush for outing a CIA agent; Impeach Bush for promoting torture at Abu Ghraib!

I think that was a big part of the reasoning behind going to war in Iraq.

It's much harder for the media, and anyone that doesn't want to get painted as 'unamerican' or 'unpatriotic' to go after criminals like dick and dubya when we are at war, and american soldiers lives hang in the balance.

In any kind of rational society, the entire bush administration would be in jail already. The only people in a position to do anything about it are Democrats - and they get smeared as 'surrender monkeys' every time they point out this administrations failure in iraq.

Things are going just as this administration planned - except they didn't take into account that eventually people would catch on. Fortunately for them, there are still a lot of blind, ignorant morons who they can sucker into believing that the GOP has anything other than making it's friends obscenely rich as their highest priority.

i think of it is ridiculous mudslinging. I additionally think of it relatively is going to fail because of the fact in case you impeach Bush and Cheney for his or her area, you may not cease there! it relatively is a democracy and prefer it or not, Bush have been given Congressional approval formerly freeing Iraq from Saddam, and this incorporates a fabulous many Democrats. We going to question them too as upload-ons? They study the comparable intelligence comments Bush and Cheney did and got here to the comparable end that action became required. The final I checked, having your supporters turn-flop in a state of wishy-washiness isn't an impeachable offense! thank you for asking.

No....there is barely more than a year left in their term. The legal wrangling would take more than that just for the impeachment hearings..IF they could actually find something they could be impeached for, which is unlikely since everything they have done so far is within the legal terms of the law (although much of it skirts the intent). I do not believe we can withdraw from Iraq anytime soon. The govt there is barely holding on and to withdraw would cascade the country into much more violence.

please tell me . . .

what crime would you impeach him/them for ? ? ?

just because you don't like him ?
wow
amazing

let us PLEASE not our congress pass any legislature
that would actually help anybody or anything

why do anything so use full
when we can continually pass non-binding resolutions
and call for impeachment proceedings

what was I thinking
you people on the left have figured out so very much
please teach me how to think

because I was thinking that if congress passed a bill
like ohh, i don't know
lets say
funding renewable energy
or how about this, resending the law the left passed in the '70's
that completely shut down our nuclear energy program

that would solve at least half of our dependency on foreign oil
(now you can insert your iraq rhetoric about invading for oil)
hey that would also help the environment . . . right ?

but hey what was I thinking . . .
ohhh
that's right
I wasn't thinking
you haven't taught me how to think

PLEASE help me
I'm thinking "RIGHT"
I really need to start thinking "Left"

probably until we are attacked. Bringing the fight over here, is all leaving Iraq will do.

1 million people isn't even the size of New York city I don't believe why do left wing nut jobs, want to compromise this country so badly and what will it take for them to realize how dangerous leaving Iraq before the job is done, will be dangerous to the Iraqi's, U.S., and our allies.

they should sit all you liberals down and tell inform you better because you obviously don't get it.

they should get rid of Clinton, Reid, and Pelosi who kep saying we are losing the war when the fact is progress is being made, even though it's a bit slow.

Why are people so quick to want to do something that will harm our country.

Think of your country before your politics before you liberals get us all killed.

impeach now! if we sit back and let this regime runs it's course without doing anything, then we are just asking for trouble in the future. it's about accountability to the american people. our government is supposed to speak and do for us...and they aren't, nor do they care to. we have rights and we should exercise them, while we still can!

Probably. We must stay the course to save the Bush Legacy.
It does not matter how many soldiers are killed or wounded, how many Iraqis die, or the money wasted. President Bush's LEGACY is riding on this.
