I don't, whenever someone asks me to sign something I just write in cursive and add a dot at the end ;)

No, I don't either have one, but whoever I see has a fancy cursive or some sort of scribble, I just can never do it, I just write my first initial and then my last name. Should really try praciticing a signature one day.

No, I hate cursive. I try, but I've got too many loops- It usually ends up in just a scribble.

Yes, but it can change depending on the pen and how/where I'm writing it. And it's generally more exaggerated than my regular handwriting.
