I am installing a 95mm cable for the first time and finding it very hard to bend and get an exact length to fit inside a 200amp fused isolator, tails are approx 150mm in length coming out of the top of the isolator which doesn't give much to play with, perhaps I am doing something wrong, can anyone advise, is there any tool available to carry out the job, also trying to crimp inside the box is impossible with the crimps i am using unless there is something else to do this in a small place. Many thanks

IIt is a 160amp supply feeding a 75KW furnace, 70mm would have done but they have a surplus of 95mm

Sounds like you need a spreader or extension box at your entry ?? What make/model No. is the isolator ?

What the hell are you running on a 95mm cable? That is one big sonofabitch. 200amps is like substation stuff?
