Just got 4 guppies the other day and added them to my collection, And one of the new ones,, overnight its colour faded on its tail and its tail went into like little strands, Why? My ammonia is at 0 ph is at 7.5

It could be the guppy has a case of fin rot. This is a bacterial condition that can be treated with a broad-spectrum antibiotic. See these photos for comparison: http://www.fishpalace.org/Disease.html#Finrot

The color may have faded because it is stressed out from being in a new tank. The tail is shredded because the other fish bit it, but I don't know why they did.

could have been attacked by one of the other ones if its a male i wouldn't be surprised if a female did that to it because it was trying to mate to much if its female 2 of the females could have gotten into a fight

did u get 3 boys and one girl cuz if you did then the boys picked on her but see if all the fish in the take can go together

They fight each other biting at the tail of the "whipping boy".

She (or he) was already pretty sick probally, so i would take it out and clean the tank. GL!

guppies fight all the time...they kill each other frequently
