I fainted twice yesterday, and i know i hit my head pretty hard on a wood deck the second time i fainted, but i dont know if i hit my head the first time, because no one saw it happen. But now my head is killing me and it doesnt hurt in the back were i hit it, it hurts in the front on my forehead. I also feel tired, and a little nausious...i dont feel like i have to throw up or anything, but i can barley open my eyes. Could i have a concussion?

More important than any headache, (however nasty it might be), is the cause of them.
A proper algorithm in order to find the cause of the fainting episodes is needed.
First, a simple lateral and front X rays views of your skull, for starters.
After wards, you need a complete blood test for glucose levels, red blood cells, followed by a proper EEG (electroencephalogram)...
If some suspicion of dysrhytmic spikes is found in the EEG, a CAT scan is the following step.
Remember, we have to take seriously the cause, not only the effect of the loss of consciousness.....
If you are able to write this question of yours, as properly and structured manner as you did, indeed we can infer, safely, that you dont have a concussion,,,,,
I am more concerned with the cause of it.....

Yes. Worst case scenario would be what is called a contre-coup injury where your brain "bounced" against the frontal region after stricking the back of your skull.

Nausea and fatigue are common symptoms after a head injury, but worrisome nevertheless. The safest course of action would be to see your doctor.

disregarding the symptoms, just the fact that I fainted twice in one day would get me to the doc
