What happens when a group of persons, take the power and make a lot of wrong decisions.....................take our choices and give us rules and regulations..........................
War, death, disaster,.......................and sad reality
The really Leadership is coming from regular and hard worker people , not from politicians looking for power and their officials lies.........................
Is our rigth to ask for the best for our childrens........for our future.........

Reasoning in your ideas used to be what made ideas powerful. Now ideas are powerful depending on how many people follow you, people will follow you if you advertise and have good PR, so who need ideas anymore?

People are analog, unlike digital computers, you know what I mean? Human issues are not always yes/no, right/wrong, 1/0 and so on. Shades of Gray describe human issues, it is very seldom you get a big issue that is a real clear yes or no. Hopefully, the Constitution of the United States gives us a valid guideline to determine our course while respecting the rights of others who do not have the matching opinion, but like any human processs, it always needs improvement! We should try to improve it, without disregarding what has been done before - be aware of history, without making it a straight jacket!

Curious Connie...not really a free country. Only corporate candidates are allowed to run for office. The constitution is destroyed and no top tier candidate will even try to restore it. Our country has been seriously hijacked, and the power brokers give us the appearance of being free by pretending to present us with a "choice" when really Barrillary O'Edwards or Rudy McRomney will only continue on the destruction of our Constitution. Just like Bush did, just like Clinton did, just like Bush did, just like Reagan did, just like Carter did, just like Ford, Nixon, and Johnson did. Kennedy...not so much, so he was killed.

You sound like a Social Libertarian. You should come to Europe. We protect our worker's rights and are staunch advocates of the right to privacy. Example, the EU recently criticised Google for the holding of Internet users personal information, when Google ignored the EU, they severely clamped down them, and, now they can only hold information relating to the user for a max of two years. This is set to drop further.

We live in a free country. If we don't like our law makers we vote them out of office. Go do some campaigning for a candidate of your choice and then VOTE. Or quit griping.

It is contrary to the principles the US was founded on to attack people just because you don't like what they are saying.
People have tried to do it, for the past 200 years, because they don't understand the Constitution, and don't respect what the Founders fought for.... freedom of belief and freedom of expression.
