You have to report this to your ISP server. I would change my passwords . Also you may want to look into some firewall safety products at your local PC store. I would also report this to the credit bureau you could be a future victim of identity theft. I would be extremely careful what you are putting on the Internet. Make sure you do a daily spy-ware scan check and run your virus scan too.

If you haven't told anyone about your password and have changed it repeatedly, you may have a Trojan virus or some other virus or worm on your computer. Update your virus scanner and do a complete scan. This is a classic symptom of a Trojan.
