You need to see a neurologist or a medical sleep specialist. Sleep disorders, which are what you are describing, are neurological disorders that may be able to be treated with medication and other techniques. Some kinds of sleep disorders, such as having nightmares and then acting them out in your sleep (because the chemicals that make your body stay put while sleeping aren't working right), are forerunners to other serious neurological diseases.

Maybe you could try physical deterrents like bowls of water by your bed, or clsing your room door so you walk into it and wake up. Or try to be more tired when you go to sleep so you couldn't walk around even if you wanted to. Usually sleepwalking and talking are signs of an overstressed mind, so relax, meditate, whatever, clear your mind before sleeping. Good luck!

At that point I think that you need to see a doctor to evaluate this, it sounds like you may need therapy or medication.
