Bush's new executive order is very ambiguous in its wording. What guarantees that this will actually be used to fight "terrorism"?

Actually, Congress passed that law in 2003....

The order is only slightly vague, since it references the statute and the statute sets much clearer limits.

And the 5th Amendment Takings clause isn't implicated, because all he can do is freeze funds. Any actual taking still requires a trial.

That clown is still in office is a wonder! As Americans we should impeach him and all his cronies ASAP. I don't know about you but I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!!!
