This actually is more common than one might think. There is no cure for it, it is something you just have to live and deal with. Diet, exercise, and birth control pills (to regulate your periods to prevent any more cysts) are ways your doctor will/should suggest to keep it under control. I have talked to a couple of doctors who have studied this, and they have said that some young women will all of a sudden start having regular periods and end up pregnant not thinking they can. Their bodies just all of a sudden just start working correctly, mine did. Then their bodies go back to their same old routine, mine did. We were lucky and the starts aligned, and we wanted a baby, and my body was working correctly and we had a baby. It may be more difficult if your periods are not regular, but if you take ovulation tests after you do have a period you may just get that little window of opportunity. It may not be easy, but have patience, and my guess is that you will get pregnant.

Hi, I have PCOS also, I was diagnois with it June 4th, the Dr said that I can conceive a child but it would take a while, he perscribe clomid 100mg to me, my period hasn't came as yet, Each month I pray and pray for a blessing, I no how you feel, it hurts me in side to no I have a diease that can not cure but it can be treated, I was put on clomid 50mg in April I did it for 2 cycles and nothing worked, hopefully this month when my period arrives I can start taking 100mg and ovulate of a it, living with this condition makes me feel so bad, but with most woman it is different, you could probably ovulate the 1st or 2nd month, I was ttc for a year comes next month, and its hard to do so on your own, may GOD bless our ovaries and help us produce a healthy child,

There is no cure for PCOS but there is treatment. It will be harder for you to get pregnant and there is no telling how long it will take but it's common disorder and many woman are able to conceive despite it. I'm one of them. It took me a year to get pregnant. I conceived on the second cycle of Clomid. Good luck!
