It appears that he is charged with 2 felonies. The most likely course of action would be for him to plead guilty to the lesser of the felonies in exchange for getting the other one dropped. If he does that, then he will probably have to serve 1-2 years, with time off for good behavior. In short, he will probably end up serving 6 months or so, and then be paroled for the rest.

I, for one, certainly hope not but you never know when it comes to sports figures or people with lots of money in general it seems they have a different set of rules for them. I think he should do the time that fits the crime & after reading the 19 page indictment online I don't see how he can get out of this one but like I said you never know. I remember this one thing that happened several years ago & this guy was a sports figure & accused of killing his wife, he was running from the cops in a white Bronco, had cash & a disguise in the vehicle, they found her blood in the car & splattered blood on his socks, other evidence but he got off scott free!! Let me say, Vick you make me SICK!! Take a hike, MIKE! You are loser scum. Dogfights are for pu@#%es!!

Probably not. Even if he is I will not watch Atlanta games anymore if the dog killer is playing. There is a guy that makes millions playing and millions in endorsements and for fun he couldn't go to the racetrack or vegas he has to set up illegal dog killing matches. He is as stupid criminal just like I thought.
And we give guys like Randy Moss and TO a hard time, lets get real!!! Moss wants a good team and a superbowl and TO wants money and a superbowl. Vick wants the thrill of dogs fighting to the death. Not much comparison there. Punk *** puke!!

No. When you are CONVICTED you can't get bail. Now he will be CHARGED with a crime and he could post bail on that. He isn't likely to be seen as a flight risk or danger to the community so he will get a chance at Bail based on his Constitutional rights.

bail will only keep him out until the trial is over once he is convicted he will be there for awhile probably.
maybe a new Snickers commercial. Not going anywere?
then they show him in his cell eating a snicker, or getting sodomized with a snicker.

I don't see that happening. I do see Vick getting released by the Falcons and his contract gets voided as well.
