I'm a democrat and I'm thinking of writing in Paul... how does that strike you.
But I have to say, regarding your fear of universal healthcare: isn't it possible, just possible, that you can admit the current system doesn't really work at all.
I don't remember Republican people complaining about the health care given to soldiers, and that's by definition socialized medicine.
I wish Republicans were not so terrified of certain social innovations. I'll take socialized medicine over medicine for maximum greed and profit any day of the week.
But still, have to agree about Ron Paul.
Let's work together guys. I'll accept some of your agenda if you'll give a centimeter about other people's ideas.
Stubborness will kill this country.

Well, I'm an Independent who is voting for Paul in the next election. And this is one of the reasons. Maybe by the time the election comes around, his chances will improve.

Yes...it is a dead concept..
We are now going into a socialist state and the Constitution goes against their agenda.
I love Ron Paul and I am an active member in our local meetup group, which I might add, doubles in size almost every month.
