i would definately consider it, i mean just think 1) how many lives it could save and 2)how many could have already been saved

I'd consider it... but only if it can be removed when they are older with no complications or scarring. Young adults do not deserve to have their privacy invaded, but it might actually be a good idea for a small child. Why not?

Putting a tracking device into them might not be a bad idea. It'd stop money makers 'losing' their children.
