my sprem qunatity??More than fourth round.......?

When ever i've sex,even tough i want to go more than fourth round or even more,i couldn't just bcos i don't have any sperm left in me but i would really like to ejaculate more and have a good time.can u tel me how to increase my sperm quantity.by the way,I don't smoke or drink.

drink more water, the body needs at least 2 liters of water daily to function efficiently, and the primary ingredient in the manufacture of ejaculant is, you guessed it, water.
