Oh yeah...
And you are bringing back some very good memories.
At one time there were six in the St. Louis area. And the only 4-screen Drive-in Theater on the planet was in St. Ann, Missouri.
And once in awhile you would see things that you see in the movies, like, a car load of kids, and when they parked their car the driver would get out and open the trunk and a couple more would get out.
Those were great times. I kinda miss them even at my age.

Not sure what a "dirve-in" movie is, but I've been to lots of drive-ins before.

We'd pile the family into the big green Chevy station wagon and go all the time when I was a kid! lol Cheap entertainment for the whole family. I even remember the hot-dogs jumping through the hoop's during intermission!!

Yes!! Ewww. The guy I was dating at the time thought he'd save money by stuffing hot dogs in the glove compartment and tried to get me to eat them instead of buying me popcorn. How gross!! I don't even remember the movie I was so horrified.

YES!!! Its great. We have a drive - in where I live and we go to the triple features on the weekend. It's great to see 3 movies for the price of one.

Oh yeah. They were great. Great place for teens to make out. lol We always had fun there. When someone went to the concession stand we would move the car and then laugh as we watched them try and find it. Too bad they almost all went out of business.

Drive ins are the greatest thing since sliced bread! I love them, in our state we have one that has 2 different screens and plays 2 movies each.
