No... I worry about doing so much other stuff I just don't have time to even think about it.
And you need not worry. Just look in the mirror and you will see that your stunning beauty mocks your age and exudes pure youth.

I had a melt down as my 31'st birthday approached. LOL I went out and bought a sports car for myself and dyed my hair for the first time just before my birthday. My birthday came and went, I still looked the same and felt the same, the car sits in the garage most of the time because it is too small for kids and pets, my hair kept growing and touching up the color got to be too much of a hassle so at 50 I stopped doing it. But I do love that car!

Not scary at all .... actually, 30 was a bit of an issue ..but since then, 40 and 50 have been nothing at all ... The sooner that you learn it is just a number and how you act and live life is the more important factor, the better off you will be.....

Its always the half way point that gets to me. When I was 25 I started to notice it was so close to 30, then when I turned 35 I was like getting so close to 40! Seriously, Its not that big a deal. I feel and look younger that I am. So that kinds of helps.

I'm 34 and I was horrified by my 30th birthday. That really sucked. Fortunately my girlfriend at the time took me to a cabin and twisted me like a pretzel for the weekend. So that softened the suicide urges a bit.
Every birthday after that has gotten easier. At least until the countdown to 40. That will probably make me cut myself.
Good luck

To be honest, I felt worse turning 31 than I had turning 30. I think it really hit me then. Good luck.
