Yeah, what they said about contacting the salvation army, or a church. Or you could try to Easter Seals. Some grocery stores have donation boxes. Or if you can find a thrift store in your area they take those things too.

***Edit*** Yesterday I was on the west side of town and at 1337 W.117th, there is a clothes donation box. It is located at a convenient store, right next to Wendy's very close to Detroit. I hope this helps.

There are also many Goodwill Stores in Cleveland. They will accept clothes.

I would contact the Chaplan at Thistledowns racetrack. There are always backsiders who can use them and cannot necessarily afford them.
