No Disqualification match, also known as a No Holds Barred match is a match where neither wrestler can be disqualified, allowing for weapons and outside interference. The key differences between a No Disqualification match and a standard hardcore match are that falls must be made in the ring, there is less emphasis on the use of weapons, and often the Count-Out rule is still in effect for No Disqualification matches.

In a No DQ match, all standard rules apply with the exception of the fact that you cannot be disqualified. A No Holds Barred match is like a No DQ match, except under no means can a hold be broken other than having a human, be it the attacker, the reciever, or an outside party, breaking it physically. In No DQ, if you are being pinned and you get your body on the ropes, the pin is stopped. In No Holds Barred, the pin would not be broken. A Hardcore Match is like a No Holds Barred match, but pinfalls or submissions count anywhere.

I'm not sure about no holds barred, but I think it means what it says. The only holds I'm aware of that are barred now are choke holds, so presumably these would be legal. I don't know if that extends to other illegal moves, like a closed hand punch.

A no DQ match means that no one can be disqualified. So even though the other rules are the same you can break the rules and get away with it. These would include punching, not breaking for a 5 count, using weapons, outside interference, having your friends come into the ring and go 4 on 1, etc. I believe you would still win or lose in the regular way, by pinfall, submission, or countout.

The difference between a hardcore and no DQ match with weapons is that in a no DQ match the weapons are illegal but nothing can be done about it, where in a hardcore match the weapons are legal. But other than weapons, the other rules are the same, so you can still be disqualified (such as for outside interference).

No Holds Barred is just what it sounds like. Anything goes. The referee cannot tell anybody to break an illegal hold, or get back in the ring, and cannot ring the bell if a wrestler's been knocked unconscious. It means it's completely in the hands of the two participants.

No DQ - It's basically the same concept as a No-Holds Barred match. Anything illegal in a regular contest, you could do (pulling opponents' wrestling trunks in pinfalls, keeping an opponent in the corner longer than a 5 count, weapons, raking eyes, etc) < all of that is perfectly legal. No DQ probably has a LITTLE less freedom than a falls count anywhere - the referee CAN ring the bell if he deems a wrestler unable to continue a battle.

Hardcore Match - Same as a No-DQ, only weapons of any sort (title belts, chairs, ladders, fire hydrants, trash cans, etc) are all legal. This match also has less freedom than a No Holds Barred.

no holds barred is about the samething as a hardcore match, but no dq also sounds a lot like both so the diffrencwe is nothing really.I think wwe made them so they could fool people into thinking there diffrent match.

No Holds Barred = the same as No DQ: basically ANYTHING goes however the pinfall or submission must occur in the ring.

Hardcore: Anything goes and pinfall or submission can occur ANYWHERE.
