A couple of things will work. You can try using traps. They do work, but may not get rid of the moles completely or forever.
The best thing to do is to spray an insecticide that kills grubs. That is what moles feed on. Take away the food source and they will leave for good.
Good Luck!

I saw this in a Family Handyman magazine about two months back. What you should do is locate the enterance or exit to one of their active tunnels. Dig down into the ground deep enough to place a plastic five gallon bucket completely in the ground below the height of the mole exit. Place something over the entire set-up (tarp, blanket, plywood, etc). What will supposedly happen is that the mole will come to exit the tunnel and fall into the bucket and you just need to pull the bucket out of the ground and get rid of it as you want. If you don't catch it in a day or two you just need to move the bucket elsewhere and try again. Personally it sounds like some work, but that is what the magazine suggested.
You can also get some lawn care products to kill the grubs that are in your lawn as that is what the moles are eating. That may or may not work.

Also, if your are not a true animal lover, you can use poison pellets to get rid of them. There are several brands out there, and they are everywhere (walmart, ace hardware, lowes, home depot), you have to find a tunnel and then place the peanuts inside the tunnel. I would do it at several different points. You wont have the tunnels for too much longer. If you just remove their food source, they will go to the neighbors yard, and eventually come back to yours. The grub removers are just not permanent. Hope this helps!

I have two friends that use the sonic repeller and have had great results with them. Cost is about $30 and they really seem to work well.
Both were infested with gophers and within a week they were gone.
Also avail at Ace hardware.

In the Drake catalog, I saw a supersonic mole ridder piece you place in yard and it drives them crazy. I'd order one and test it to see, but haven't had a problem.

trap them out-its the only way-I am a professional mole & shrew trapper and believe me the ultrasonics and poison do not work-nor does gum broken glass etc. go to Moletrappers.com and order their traps and video
I make no money off of this advise-but I've killed over 4,000 of them in my career-I know-I've seen it all
Also for info to other answers-their main diet is earthworms 80%
Balance of their diet is grubs and larve
