No, its not a sign, since most people with the liberal mentallity have better things to do than listen to people rant and rave, on the radio like blowhard lunatics.
Some people don't have skewed extremist views that need reinforced by propagandaists on the radio, so we listen to CDs.

Maybe it is because so many of us Liberals tune in to Hannity or O'Reilly. There is nothing better than good old conservative talk radio to keep me occupied on a long car trip. It's hard to fall asleep when you are laughing your a** off at the comments they and their callers make. Pretty funny stuff.

The Group Dynamic is a Scientology concept.
Is that where you are going with this?

The fact that people are repeating advertising slogans instead of talking about issues is certainly some kind of sign.

Yes, conformity (group dynamic) and individual freedoms (liberal identity) is often in conflict. Most things are a balance between allowing personal freedoms, and enforcing a consistent code of behavior. And we have two political parties that advocate those two ends of the spectrum.
As far as liberal talk-radio -- most talk-radio is primarily attacking people that don't agree with you. Since liberals value diversity, they don't tend to attack those who hold different views. Since conservatives value conformity, they are more likely to attack people who are different. So, of course conservative talk-radio is more popular. They enjoy attacking other people more.

The general ethos of the Leftist mind necessitates that you must resist restraining conservative impulses. Logic and reason are restraining impulses. Since modern liberalism is primarily a state of unrestrained emotional turbulence, the liberal must find reasons for excusing his most base emotional instincts and instead embrace the “liberation” that comes from not being able to summon reason to control impulses. Many consequently fall prey to the tempting natural impulse of letting emotion override logic and reason. The liberal creed dictates that feelings are more important than anything and that they shall hold court over reason
