Sounds like you have what is called a "browser hijacker". It is a software which makes your browser always go to the same ad pages instead of where you want it to go.

Download and run Skybot Seek&Destroy from http://download.com and it should clear the infection.

If not, get the name of the site to which it takes you and do a Google search on it. It will probably find information on how to remove that particular hijacker.
