I usually don't use plastic, but they had these neat frosted plastic glasses and I purchased 10 because they were neat looking and colorfull. However, after using them, they tend to develop an odor. What can I remove the odor with?

Try soaking them in hot baking soda water. And be sure there are stored in a cabinet that isn't anywhere near your spices. They will absorb the odor of the spices.

I have often put a small amount of bleach in dishwater to further disinfect and remove some stains. Let soak awhile.
Then wash thoroughly in soap and rinse under hot water.
