These file extensions are non-standard, so you will need to use the same program to open them that wrote them. They are probably information files used by another application. You can try to open them with a text editor such as wordpad, or you can open them with a hexidecimal editor such as FED.EXE and translate the code from hex to ascii and see if it makes sense.
