Most voters just pick the first answer they see.
Most users leave their show answers to the default settings of show fewer than five thumbs down and show oldest first
You might as well choose the one that fits that criteria and get 3 points back

I always study every answer and I choose which was best
by the content of their answer and if they can prove what they
say is the right answer. And if it is a military question I tend
to favor the answers of those who actually servered in the
military I guess that makes me a little bias.

Yep I've done that.
Plus sometimes leaving it up to chance is more informative. If you choose the best by your bias, taking you out of the equation could yield a more correct answer.

Oh dear,is it all that serious? I find myself not answering the questions of one man . I know if I do,our connection enables me to know what is in his mind. I don't want to put him in your position...I tend to take it all in stride,really not in it for the points,just enjoying the contacts.
