Yes! Almost all the private schools here are having air conditioned rooms

Nope. I am from NYC with some of the most crowded H.S's in the country, so it was not uncommon for NYC H.S to have trailers, which are outdoor classrooms all attached to each other. The trailers were new so if you had classes in the trailers, it was heaven b/c they had serious A/C. But the actual building didn't and it sucked....

Yes both middle and high school had a/c -- but my elementary school did not.

NO!! But I didn't have to walk 5 miles in the snow or anything, so I couldn't complain. Parents always had it worse!!

Yes, in each room. If it was on, you froze and it was horribly hot if it was off.
