I'm going to a Borders Grand Hallows Ball in PA. And yes, I'm going to dress up and try to win the costume contest! I need a good idea though...... I'm going to be so sad when I finish the last book........

I admire people who actually go to the bookstore at midnight. That takes guts and really goes against the grind. I'm different, I'd only wait in line at midnight (or later) when it's the day after Thanksgiving, that or I'm waiting in line for good seats to see my favorite artist or band, but a book? Meh, If I wanted it that badly I'd pre-order it or buy it online. People dress up to these events but atleast they're not as weird as Star Wars fans, good grief. Atleast Harry Potter has a cape, wand, and glasses as his trademark look.

No i'm not, but I never understood this whole phenomenon of going ot the bookstore at midnight. Why would people do things like that when they could just pre-order it and it'll be at there house the next day, and they could be in their nice cool comfty beds?

Plus you won't have to deal with all the crowds, and screaming, and pushing, etc.

I'm not knocking anybody for doing it, but it's just strange to me is all...

Anyway, have fun, and happy reading!

Yes. Not dressing up.

But, my fiance and I are going to Borders. Iowa

I bought him the book as a surprise and just recently told him. He's really excited.
