Why, instead, don't you take a leaf out of the tortoise's book and slow down a little bit.
That is what is wrong with the world today. We are all in a hurry and everything needs to be had or done immediately. The word 'now' is overworked in soap operas and films and too many people take their standards from these distorted pertrayals of life.

Good question! it would always assist them greatly in getting across the roadway quicker so as not to be run over by a motorist!

Maybe its because humans are unco-ordinated enough on roller skates on 2 legs without having to worry about 4-legged friends on skates..

I don't know why either, they already have their "helmets" on.
I't like all dressed up and no where to go, and no way to get there. Maybe it's because they live so dam long, that their really in no rush to get anywhere. Their just hanging out, stopping to smell the roses.

Actually I started my company a few years ago retrofitting tortoises shells with Heeley wheels. It takes them a while to get to my shop, so you might not have seen them yet.... by the way business is SLOW. lol
