You've got a problem. The problem program is probably replicating itself in memory so when you delete it, it comes back again. You need to run your computer in safe mode and do a virus and spyware check. Safe Mode stops this junk from loading into memory. To reach safe mode, restart your computer and hit the F8 key every second until the safe mode screen appears. Select Safe Mode without networking and when the Desktop appears, run AVG and your spyware programs. Your screen will look weird in safe mode because the video drivers have not been loaded. Don't worry about this, just run the programs, then heal or delete the problems and reboot your computer. Doing this will stop the nasty programs from loading themselves into memory when the computer starts. When you delete the offending files, you will hopefully also delete the problem. In future, get AVG to scan every program you download. You do this by right clicking on the program name in the download folder and choose "Scan with AVG" from the dropdown menu. It will tell you if there's a virus. If the program is Zipped, unzip it first and scan the new folder with AVG. Always be on your toes. I hope that helps.

Use the recuperate disks that got here along with your laptop. in case you have not got them you are able to bang on an "f" key (relies upon on which consistent with producer) and do an identical. it is going to wipe your tension and it would be like the day you get carry of it. You might check the following:
Click on TOOLS and make sure your pop upblocker is on. Also, you may adjust your setting for popups to allow fewer popups to make it thru your filter...
Check by clicking on TOOLS again. Then to INTERNET OPTIONS and then click on PRIVACY. You can adjust your level of pop-up blocking there..
You should also have pop up blocking somewhere in your toolbar.
Good Luck
Why do I still see pop-ups even though Pop-Up Blocker is enabled?
Spyware and adware authors are very persistent, making it is almost impossible to block all pop-ups all the time. Blocking pop-ups is an ongoing process, with pop-up authors constantly looking for ways to get around current pop-up blockers, and pop-up blockers finding those new ways and blocking them. If Pop-up Blocker is enabled, you have followed all the steps below, and you're still seeing unwanted pop-ups, web developers may have discovered a new way to get around the current Pop-Up Blocker.
There are five known types of pop-ups that you might still see even with Pop-Up Blocker enabled:
Pop-up ads from adware
This is the most common reason you are still seeing pop-ups, especially ones for adult sites. These might look like this:
If you're still seeing pop-ups that look like this, especially ones promoting explicit web sites, most likely some web site or program has installed adware on your system without your knowledge. You can stop these pop-ups by removing these programs from your system. Yahoo! Toolbar 5.5 and newer for Internet Explorer, and Yahoo! Toolbar 0.4b and newer for Mozilla Firefox contain Anti-Spy, a spyware and adware remover. Run Anti-Spy by clicking on the Anti-Spy icon () in the Yahoo! Toolbar and selecting "Run Anti-Spy".
If you don't have Anti-Spy, you can install the latest version of Yahoo! Toolbar available at the Yahoo! Toolbar page. For more information about Anti-Spy, please visit the Anti-Spy help page. You can also learn more about spyware and adware by searching on Yahoo! Search.
Most adware and spyware is installed on your computer without your knowledge due to operating a computer on the Internet without any protection from people trying to take over your computer. For more information about protecting your computer online, please visit the Yahoo! Security Center. With proper precautions you can greatly reduce the likelihood of this happening again.
JavaScript debugger windows
These look something like this:
Thought I would add this...Maybe it will help also.
