When I met my wife, I was floored by the way she looked and talked. I was mesmerized and knew this was the woman I wanted to marry, although another marriage was not in my future...or so I thought.

Hey =)
Well this is my story: My Hubby saw me at school in year 7, he'd always wanted to meet me but was too scared, as i am a year younger he went to high school and I didn't go cause I was still in primary, when he was in year 10 and me year 9 I went out with a guy on his footy team, who then introduced me to him..He knew straight away I was the girl he had his eyes on since year 7..We have been going out since then and are now married with 2 kids and never been apart once..Love at first sight is all around...Take A look
Hope this helps hun =)

I believe in love at first sight. My parents lasted more than 50 years and we are on the way to 40.

Maybe it's true to some but I think it's more on attraction at first sight, or lust at first sight. But love? How can you be sure if it's love you are feeling? You will only know after you spend several quality times with each other.

Hey,
There is love at first sight but not in the context you have used it.
Love is sealed by commitment but never blinds. Its foolhardy for you not to run a checkup (medically, morally, IQ, temperament, and family background) before you marry a fiance(e).
Never equate infatuation with love. Many people are infatuated at first sight.
Love at first sight happens when you see a stranded stranger and u give him money for boarding. etc etc.
C'est la vie.
