There is no denying that Bond is hard. However, Bourne is a trained killer. Not a spy or anything, just a killer. So my answer is Bourne.

James Bond - he chose his calling. Jason Bourne in his original identity also chose, but as Jason Bourne is trying desperately to ditch it.

Brosnan wouldn't have stood a chance against Bourne. Dan Craig is harder, but Jason has much more skill and would end up winner.
I'm also very much looking forward to 'Ultimatum.'

Bond is better - because mr. bourne provides crappy entertainment and the camera in "bourne" movies shake and bobble too much as if they get points for showing cruddy camera operation.
