It's naive to attempt to rank the top ten universities. You have to specify a field of study. Then you can rand the universities that are tops in that field. No single university can be outstanding in all fields. Google the top ten in your field of interest and stay away from American ranking sites because they tend to overlook capabilities of overseas universities such as India for finance studies.
