Unfortunately Hillary is more popular than Ron Paul. Ron Paul will not even be on the ballot, and I am guessing neither will Hillary. In either case I would not vote for either one of them.

I say neither one, and choose Fred Thomson, although he isn't running (so far). Hillary would be what I refer to as everybody's favorite female socialist. Sending the terrorists financial aid, thank-you cards, etc. All the while expanding the US Government so that it can be the ultimate big-brother, as the communists have, and keeping the military to a minimum, so as to render ourselves defenseless against anything from anyone. This would probably be her first, and last term if she did get in. She might even get impeached before the term is up. Ron Paul I can safely say leans too far to the left for me. His signs for his campaign are all over in the Phoenix Metro Area, and probably other parts of the country as well. I'm sticking with Fred through this whole mess up through the election. And for all you liberals, oops... I mean progressives, Hitlery, I mean Hillary is NOT the right choice. She may be a woman, but she's the WRONG ONE!!
God, Bless America!

Ron Paul is more popular on the Internet. Hillary is leading in the polls among dems. I would choose neither, but repeat the question in about 16 months so I can have enough time to give you an honest answer. If I choose now, I might change my mind.

First of all, Hilary Clinton is most popular to the 6 most powerful t.v. & radio news media coverage nationally. However, outside of mainstream where money and power are not influential, Ron Paul is getting the most popular vote. Ron Paul is by the way, running as a republican (green party)not libertarian. It costs a republican and a democratic far far far less to get into the race than it costs a libertarian and independent candidate to do so, because of the popularity and influence the democrat and republican parties have had in the USA for over a century. I would love to vote for Ron Paul, however, the powers that be in this election process will do anything they can to keep Ron Paul out of the race as they did with Michael Badnarik (libertarian) for instance. He was arrested for practicing his constitutional rights to participate in one of the debates. The charges were dropped when Badnarik proved in court that the constitution allowed him to participate in further debating. However, conveniently due to this arrest it was too late to continue running as a candidate since he missed the most important debates to keep him in the race. Also, I think as well of another example of when Ross Perot was running as a thrid party for president and he pulled out last minute and Bill Clinton conveniently won the presidential election. If it were not for Perot stealing votes away from Bush Sr. then Bill Clinton would not have won the election, it is debatable. I probably will vote for Ron Paul. I have done my research on all of the candidates, and Ron Paul would run my country as a true democracy with honour and integrity. Also he is respectful of people of all countries, and does not believe we should intimidating other countries by occupying with our buildings as he would not want other countries doing that here. Bush has only allowed other countries to disrespect our country by occupying Iraq and taking ill advantage of another country and their problems in order for him to gain resources there. My gov't is trying to steal Russian resources as we speak. I hope that UN will decide it belongs to Russia not to USA even if USA promises other countries a share of these energy resources. Where are you from if you do not mind my asking ? I am understanding you have a Constitutional Monarch in the UK in which the Magna Carta that became law became the House Of Lords which started the Constitutional Monarch that goes thru Parliament which looks at every one of these documents that make up this unwritten Constitutional Monarch ? My english history education may be and i am sure it is slanted. Feel free to educate me. Also, I would like to know who you think would make a good president for the USA, and why. Take Care, and Have a Great Energy Day !!!

I Like Ron Paul, if he doesn't make it to the end I will vote for Barack Obama. Hillary has a lot of support from Corporate America, like Fox who are giving her a lot of media time and financial support.
I am doing my best to get Ron Paul as a president.

It would probably depend on how you define "popular." If you mean known I think everyone, including myself, knows Clinton. I do not know Ron Paul. If you define "popular" as a sign of respect, most people, whether they know who Ron Paul is or not, would probably say Paul. I used to respect Clinton and looked favorably upon her campaign but she has exaggerated her qualifications so much and makes such big issues out of petty problems I can only see four more years of fighting and arguing if she becomes president.

At this time it is Hillary by a landslide. However, excluding Hillary's wealthy supporters, Ron Paul has by far the most energized and dedicated supporters.
Hillary has name recognition, the support of Hollywood, large corporations, and the owners of main stream media. Unless things change from how they have been for at least 50 years, most people will vote for one of the candidates supported by the main stream media of which Hillary is one. The main stream media opposes Ron Paul.
In that regard, the only hope Ron Paul has is for the public to wise up and realize that main stream media has been lying to them for generations. That may be possible, if Ron Paul gets enough supporters to explain and give examples to their friends, family, and co-worker showing how main stream media is lying.

I will vote for Hillary Clinton because I think she is the best person running, and as for Ron Paul he won"t get the nomination from either party and he is just a spoiler he can't win.

Hillary Clinton is definitly more popular (at least right now), but it seems that Ron Paul is catching on like wildfire!
Ron Paul makes some amazing points, and is all for the people. It's like the first time that a president's values hit home.
Research and educate yourself before you vote. Please.
