The two have clashed about EU farm susbisdy reforms and Iraq.

I've no idea, but it was one time Blair diod something right.

I did notice that Chirac got his own back quite neatly. He sent the Blairina a bottle of very expensive wine knowing full wel that ge would have to pay for it if he obeyed parliamentary rules.
