Yes.
It's a very sexy turnon to be with the one you love during a storm. When the forces of nature are unleashed, so also are the forces of passion.
Can you imagine how horny we'd all be in the middle of a hurricane? Can you imagine ANYONE who, if their significant other came on to them in the middle of a huge storm, would shun them?
I can't either. But I bet it happens.
